This page outlines everything you need to know about booking a teepee party with us and works alongside our Hire Agreements.
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the information below and the applicable Hire Agreement.
Booking Fees & Payments
How do I secure my booking?
A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your party date.
• $50 for full setup packages
• $30 for DIY hire packages
Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee is received.
Is the booking fee refundable?
No. Booking fees are non refundable under all circumstances.
This fee secures your date and removes availability for other bookings.
When is full payment due?
Full payment is due 7 days before your party date.
If full payment is not received by this time, Teepee Corner reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund, in line with the Hire Agreement.
What payment methods are accepted?
• Bank transfer (preferred)
Is a security bond required?
Yes. A refundable security bond is required for all bookings.
• $100 for full setup packages
• $50 for DIY hire
The bond is refunded after collection and inspection, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning required, missing items, or breach of terms.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by the Hire Agreement.
• Booking fees are non refundable
• Cancellations within 14 days of the party date forfeit all payments made
• One reschedule may be offered at Teepee Corner’s discretion, subject to availability
All cancellation or reschedule requests must be made in writing.
Hire Agreements & Required Forms
Do I need to sign a Hire Agreement?
Yes. All bookings require a signed Hire Agreement prior to the event.
The booking holder (parent/carer or responsible adult) is the person legally responsible for the hired goods and their use during the hire period.
Bookings are not confirmed until the correct Hire Agreement is signed.
Are there any other mandatory forms?
Yes. Depending on your booking type, the following may be required:
• Photo & Video Consent Form
• Safety Instructions & Acknowledgement (DIY bookings)
• Applicable checklists
Failure to complete required forms may result in cancellation without refund.

Full Setup Packages
• Delivery, setup, styling and pack down
• Travel within 30km of Kirkwood, QLD (fees apply beyond this)
• Emergency kit and spare items
• Fully styled teepees with mattresses, sheets, décor, lighting, cushions and trays
• All items professionally cleaned and sanitised
DIY Teepee Hire
• Choice of lace or A frame teepees
• Optional hire items available
• Printed setup and safety instructions
• Clean, neatly packed items ready for setup
• Pickup from Kirkwood or optional delivery for a fee
Setup, Capacity & Safety
• Indoor use only
• Furniture must be moved prior to setup
• A responsible adult must supervise the use of the hired goods at all times
Age suitability
Our teepee parties are suitable for anyone aged 4 and up.
For safety reasons, teepees are not suitable for children under 4 years.
The booking holder is responsible for ensuring all users are suitable and use the hired goods appropriately, in line with the Hire Agreement.
Capacity guidelines
• Up to 6 guests for lace teepees
• Best Friend Package sleeps 2
• Up to 8 guests for A frame teepees
Capacity is based on comfort, space, and safety.
Food, Pets & Smoke Policy
To protect our equipment:
• No food or drinks near the setup
• No pets near the teepees
• No smoking near the setup
Additional cleaning fees or loss of bond may apply if these conditions are not met.
Damage & Responsibility
The booking holder is responsible for all hired items for the duration of the hire period.
Any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or misuse of items will be deducted from the security bond or invoiced in accordance with the Hire Agreement.
Our Right to Cancel
Teepee Corner reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking if safety concerns arise, terms are breached, or circumstances occur that may compromise people, equipment, or compliance with the Hire Agreement.

Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions
By entering a Teepee Corner giveaway on Facebook or Instagram, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. All giveaway prizes are provided as complimentary bookings and are subject to Teepee Corner’s Complimentary Booking Hire Agreement.
Eligibility
• Open to residents within the 4680 (Gladstone region) locality only
• Participants must be 18 years or older
• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or Meta
How to Enter
• Follow all instructions outlined in the official giveaway post
• Entries must be received before the closing date and time stated in the post
• One entry per person per platform, unless otherwise stated
• Where entries are accepted on both Facebook and Instagram, each entry will be counted separately
• Entrants’ social media accounts must be public at the time of winner selection to verify eligibility
Winner Selection & Announcement
• One winner will be randomly selected
• The winner will be announced on Teepee Corner’s official Facebook and Instagram pages
• The winner must contact Teepee Corner via direct message within 48 hours of the announcement. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, Teepee Corner reserves the right to select a new winner
Prize Details (Complimentary Booking)
• Giveaway prizes are provided on a complimentary basis and no hire fee is payable
• Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other services
• The prize must be booked and redeemed within 6 months of the win date, unless otherwise stated
• Party dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply
• One complimentary booking per household
What’s Included
• Inclusions, guest numbers, themes, and package details are limited to what is stated in the giveaway post
• Any upgrades, additional items, extended hire periods, or add-ons requested by the winner will incur additional charges
• Travel fees apply for locations outside 30km of Kirkwood, QLD 4680
Security Bond & Responsibilities
• A refundable security bond is still required for all complimentary bookings
• The bond amount is outlined in the Complimentary Booking Hire Agreement
• The winner is fully responsible for the care, use, and return of all hired items
• Cleaning fees, damage, smoke, pet-related odours, or biofluids may result in bond forfeiture or additional charges
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Complimentary bookings are subject to availability
• One reschedule may be offered at Teepee Corner’s discretion
• If a complimentary booking is cancelled by the winner, the prize is forfeited and cannot be reissued or transferred
• Missed, expired, or unused prizes will not be extended
Hire Agreement & Mandatory Forms
• The winner must sign Teepee Corner’s Complimentary Booking Hire Agreement prior to the event
• Required forms, including Photo & Video Consent, must be completed before the party date
• Failure to complete required documents may result in forfeiture of the prize
Fair Play & Disqualification
• Entries from fake accounts, spam profiles, competition-only accounts, or giveaway pages will be disqualified
• Multiple entries using different accounts by the same person are not permitted
• Teepee Corner reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions
• Teepee Corner reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if required
Liability & Privacy
• By entering, you consent to Teepee Corner sharing your first name and/or image for winner announcements
• Teepee Corner accepts no responsibility for third-party impersonation or scam accounts
• Teepee Corner will never request banking or payment information from giveaway entrants
General
• By entering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
• Teepee Corner’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
