BOOKING & PAYMENTS
All bookings require a non refundable booking fee to secure your date and selected items
• $50 for styled setup packages
• $30 for DIY hire
The booking fee comes off the total cost of your party. It is not an extra charge.
Your booking is confirmed once:
• The booking fee has been paid
• The Hire Agreement has been signed
Because we operate with limited inventory and capacity, booking fees are non refundable once paid.
For Styled parties, the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
For DIY hire, full payment must be completed prior to collection.
Short notice bookings made within 10 days of the event require full payment at time of approval.
If payment is not received by the due date, Teepee Corner reserves the right to cancel the booking in line with the Hire Agreement.

The security bond is paid in cash on the day or at collection for DIY.
It is refunded within 5 business days after inspection, provided all items are returned clean and undamaged, with no missing items or excessive cleaning required.
The security bond simply helps us keep everything beautiful and party ready for the next little guests

• Fully styled teepees with air bed mattresses, sheets, décor, lighting, cushions and trays
• All items professionally cleaned and sanitised
DIY hire allows you to create the magic at home.
DIY bookings include:
• Choice of lace or A frame teepees
• Optional hire items available
• Printed setup and safety instructions
• Clean, neatly packed items ready for setup
• Pickup from Kirkwood or optional delivery for a fee
Yes, you may request your preferred colour.
We have:
• 4 beige A frame covers
• 4 black A frame covers
If more than 4 A frame teepees are booked for one party, covers will be mixed beige and black. Colour availability is subject to existing bookings and cannot be guaranteed.
SETUP & SAFETY
Each individual teepee requires approximately:
• 1 metre wide
• 2 metres long
Air bed mattresses measure approximately:
• 185cm long
• 76cm wide
• 22cm high
The Best Friend teepee requires:
• At least 2 metres by 2 metres for the teepee structure
• Additional space for the two air beds
• Minimum ceiling height of 2 metres
We recommend measuring your space before booking.
All setups must be indoors only.
Furniture must be moved prior to arrival for styled bookings.
Yes. Depending on your booking type, the following may be required:
• Photo & Video Consent Form •
Safety Instructions & Acknowledgement (DIY bookings)
• Applicable checklists
Failure to complete required forms may result in cancellation without refund.
• Best Friend Package sleeps 2
• Lace teepees – maximum 6 guests
• A frame teepees – maximum 8 guests
These limits are based on comfort, safety and available inventory.
Our teepee parties are suitable for children aged 4 years and over.
They are not suitable for children under 4.
A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.
POLICIES & RESPONSIBILITY
To protect our equipment:
• No food or drinks near setups
• No pets near the teepees
• No smoking near the setup
• No arts and crafts on or near the beds and teepees
• No sharp objects near the setups
• Pens, textas, slime, nail polish and scissors must be kept well away from bedding and décor
Breaches may result in excess cleaning fees, loss of security bond and item replacement costs.
The booking holder is responsible for all hired items during the hire period.
Any damage, loss, excessive cleaning or misuse may be deducted from the security bond or invoiced in accordance with the Hire Agreement.
All bookings must complete:
• Hire Agreement
• Photo and Video Consent Form
• Safety Instructions and Acknowledgement for DIY bookings
The Photo and Video Consent Form allows Teepee Corner to capture and share images of our setups for marketing purposes.
Failure to complete required forms may result in cancellation in line with the Hire Agreement
Our teepee parties are suitable for anyone aged 4 and up.
For safety reasons, teepees are not suitable for children under 4 years.
The booking holder is responsible for ensuring all users are suitable and use the hired goods appropriately, in line with the Hire Agreement.
SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
By entering a Teepee Corner giveaway on Facebook or Instagram, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All giveaway prizes are provided as complimentary bookings and are subject to Teepee Corner’s Complimentary Booking Hire Agreement
• Open to residents within the 4680 Gladstone region only
• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta
Teepee Corner may request proof of eligibility.
• Follow all instructions outlined in the official giveaway post
• Entries must be received before the closing date and time stated in the post
• One entry per person per platform unless otherwise stated
• Where entries are accepted on multiple platforms, each valid platform entry will be counted separately
• Entrants’ social media accounts must be public at the time of winner selection for verification purposes
Incomplete, automated, or manipulated entries will be disqualified.
• One winner will be selected at random
• The winner will be announced via Teepee Corner’s official social media pages
• The winner must contact Teepee Corner via direct message within 48 hours of announcement
If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, Teepee Corner reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
Teepee Corner’s decision is final.
• The prize is provided on a complimentary basis and has no cash value
• The prize cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, converted to credit, or applied to an existing booking
• The prize must be booked and redeemed within 6 months of the winner announcement date unless otherwise stated
• Bookings are strictly subject to availability
• Blackout dates may apply, including peak periods and public holidays
• Guest numbers and package inclusions cannot exceed Teepee Corner’s standard capacity and inventory limits
• One complimentary booking per household
Failure to redeem within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• The prize includes only what is stated in the official giveaway post
• Any upgrades, add ons, additional guests, extended hire periods, or styling changes will incur
standard charges
• Travel fees apply for locations outside 30km of Kirkwood QLD 4680
• A refundable security bond is required for all complimentary bookings
• The bond amount will correspond with the package awarded
• The winner is responsible for the care, supervision, and safe use of all hired items during the hire period
• Damage, loss, misuse, excessive cleaning, smoke exposure, pet related odours, or biofluids may result in bond forfeiture and or additional charges
Bond refund timelines are outlined in the Complimentary Booking Hire Agreement.
• Complimentary bookings are subject to availability at the time of redemption
• One reschedule may be offered at Teepee Corner’s discretion
• If the winner cancels the booking, the prize is forfeited and cannot be reissued, transferred, or extended
• Missed, expired, or unused prizes will not be replaced
• Standard weather, safety, and operational policies apply
• Teepee Corner reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel setups where required for safety, equipment protection, or compliance
• The winner must sign Teepee Corner’s Complimentary Booking Hire Agreement prior to the event
• All required documentation, including Photo and Video Consent, must be completed before the party date
• Failure to complete required documentation may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the prize
• Entries from fake accounts, competition only accounts, spam profiles, bots, or duplicate accounts are not permitted
• Multiple entries using different accounts by the same individual are prohibited
• Teepee Corner reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions
• Teepee Corner reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances
• By entering, you consent to Teepee Corner publishing your first name and or image for winner announcement purposes
• Teepee Corner is not responsible for third party impersonation accounts or scam activity
