Welcome to our all-in-one guide to planning the perfect teepee party! Whether you're booking a full setup or opting for a DIY experience, this page covers everything you need to know from themes and safety to payments, bonds, and setup tips.

Booking Fees & Payments Terms

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date:

  • $50 for full setup packages

  • $30 for DIY hire packages


This fee is deducted from your total and your booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

Full payment is due 7 days before your party date.

We accept bank transfer (preferred) and Stripe payments (a small processing fee applies).

A refundable security bond is also required:

  • $100 for full setup packages

  • $50 for DIY hire


Bonds can be paid in cash on the day or via bank transfer one week prior. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after item inspection.

We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For last-minute requests, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of your event, your booking fee is forfeited. We’re happy to reschedule where possible at no extra charge.

What’s Included – Full Setup Packages

  • Delivery, setup, styling, and pack-down at your location

  • Travel within 30km of Kirkwood, QLD (small travel fee applies beyond this)

  • Fully insured service — documents available upon request

  • Emergency kit with spare air mattress, fitted sheet, pump, batteries, and laundry bag

  • Beautifully styled setups with mattresses, fitted sheets, themed décor, fairy lights, cushions, trays, and more

  • All items are professionally cleaned and sanitised after each party

What’s Included – DIY Teepee Hire

  • Choice of lace or A-frame teepees

  • Optional hire items: airbeds, sheets, blankets, trays, decorative cushions, fairy lights, and more

  • Printed setup and safety guide included

  • Neatly packed items ready for easy setup

  • All items are cleaned and sanitised before pickup — just return dry and tidy

  • Pickup from Vantage Estate, Kirkwood or opt for delivery/collection (small fee applies)

Setup, Capacity & Safety

  • A clean, indoor space is required

  • Small lace teepees need approx. 1.5m x 1.5m x 2m space

  • Best Friend teepee requires approx. 2m x 2m x 2m

  • A-frame teepees need approx. 1.5m x 1.5m x 1.5m

  • Please move furniture before setup

  • Setup time: 30-90 mins  |  Pack down: 15-20 mins

  • Indoor use only to protect and preserve items

Capacity:

  • Up to 6 guests with small lace teepees

  • Best Friend setups sleep 2 using our large lace teepee or 2 A-frame teepees

  • Up to 8 guests with our A-frame teepees 

​

Style Options:

  • A-frame teepees available in black (4) or cream (4)

  • Lace teepees


Lighting & Safety:

  • Battery-operated lights only; no power cords required

  • Teepees are safe and sturdy, but require adult supervision

  • Not suitable for children under 4 years of age

Pets, Food & Drink Policy

To help keep our teepees clean, beautiful, and damage-free for all our little party guests, we now have a strict no food, drinks or animal rule on or around the setup — this includes trays, cushions, blankets, and teepees.

This change comes after recent damage to our lace teepees caused by red soft drink spills. Thanks for helping us protect the magic!

Travel & Extra Time

  • Free delivery within 30km of Kirkwood, QLD

  • A travel fee applies beyond this. contact us for a quote

  • Extra nights may be arranged (subject to availability) for an additional fee

DIY Hire – What You Need to Know

  • You’re responsible for setup, pack down, and safe return

  • Teepees are for indoor use only; no outdoor use permitted

  • Items must be returned on time or additional charges may apply

  • Items must be returned dry, neatly packed, and free from food, stains, or excessive mess

  • Adult supervision required at all times

  • Lost or damaged items will be deducted from your bond or invoiced

Terms & Conditions

Our Right to Cancel

Teepee Corner reserves the right to cancel any booking that may compromise the safety of our team, equipment, or due to conflict with the client.

Liability

Clients are responsible for all hired items. Teepee Corner is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages during your event. Please ensure a safe space for guests at all times.

Hire Agreement

All clients must sign a Hire Agreement prior to the event to confirm these Terms & Conditions.

Smoke-Free & Pet-Free Policy

  • No smoking near the setup

  • No pets near the teepees

  • A $100 cleaning fee applies for smoke or pet-related odours, damage, or hair

​

Food & Craft Restrictions

  • No food, drinks, or craft supplies near the teepees

  • Stains or damage may result in bond deductions or cleaning fees

​

Damage & Bond Policy

  • No pens, markers, or sharp items near the teepees

  • No food or drinks near the setups

  • Any damaged, lost, or stained items will be deducted from the bond or invoiced

Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Valid until stated expiry date

  • Not redeemable for cash or transferable

  • Cannot be used on the Best Friend Package or combined with other offers

  • Winners outside the 30km radius must pay travel costs

  • Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

  • If your package exceeds voucher value, the difference must be paid before the event

  • Additional fees and updated terms may apply at any time

Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering a Teepee Corner giveaway on Facebook or Instagram, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents only

  • Participants must be 18 years or older

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or Meta

 

How to Enter

  • Follow all instructions outlined in the official giveaway post

  • Entries must be submitted before the closing date listed in the post

  • Only one entry per person per platform, unless otherwise stated

  • If entries from both Facebook & Instagram are allowed, they will be counted separately

  • Your social media account must be public at the time of winner selection to verify eligibility

 

Winner Selection & Announcement

  • A winner will be randomly selected and announced on our official Teepee Corner Facebook & Instagram pages

  • The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours by messaging us

  • If unclaimed, a new winner will be selected

 

Prize Details

  • Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other services

  • If the prize includes a party package, all standard Teepee Corner booking terms apply, including travel fees for locations beyond 30km from Kirkwood, QLD

  • All prizes must be redeemed within 6 months, unless otherwise stated

 

Fair Play & Disqualification

  • Entries from fake accounts, spam profiles, or giveaway-only pages will be disqualified

  • We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary

  • Participants found entering with multiple accounts will be disqualified

 

Liability & Privacy

  • By entering, you consent to Teepee Corner sharing your first name and/or photo for winner announcements

  • We will never request your banking information — please be cautious of scams
