Everything you need to know before the magic begins!

From booking to setup and everything in between, here's what to expect when you celebrate with Teepee Corner.

Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure your party date and selected items. This comes off your total - it is not an extra charge.

    Your booking is confirmed once:

    • The $50 booking fee has been paid

    • The Hire Agreement has been signed

    Because we operate with limited inventory, booking fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party date.

    Short notice bookings made within 10 days of the party date require full payment at the time of approval.

    If payment is not received by the due date, Teepee Corner reserves the right to cancel the booking in line with the Hire Agreement.

  • Bank transfer only. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.

  • Yes. A refundable security bond is required for all bookings and is paid in cash on the day of setup before we begin.

    • Best Friend Package - $50 bond

    • Essential, Signature and Luxury Retreat Packages - $100 bond

    The bond is refunded within 5 business days of pack down, provided all items are returned clean and undamaged with nothing missing.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change.

    • Booking fees are non-refundable

    • Cancellations within 14 days of the party date forfeit all payments made

    • One reschedule may be offered at Teepee Corner's discretion, subject to availability

    All requests must be made in writing.

  • Yes. All bookings require a signed Hire Agreement before your party date. Your Hire Agreement will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed and payment has been received.

    The booking holder is the parent or carer legally responsible for all hired items during the hire period. Your booking is not fully confirmed until the agreement is signed.

Packages & Inclusions

  • Our styled packages are completely stress-free. We take care of everything.

    Each setup includes:

    • Delivery, styling, full setup and pack down

    • Travel within 30km of Kirkwood QLD (fees apply beyond this)

    • Fully styled teepees with air bed mattresses, sheets, decor, fairy lights, cushions and trays

    • All items professionally cleaned and sanitised

  • Choose from our magical theme range:

    Boho, Flower Garden, Pokemon, Gamer, Rainbow, Tropical, Fairy, Minecraft, Mermaid*, Unicorn*

    *Mermaid and Unicorn are available for the Best Friend Package only.

    Can't decide? You can mix and match two themes in the one setup - this is exclusive to Teepee Corner!

  • Absolutely! Available add-ons include:

    • Sibling teepee - $25 per child (requires a minimum of 4 party teepees and 6 weeks notice)

    • Extra night - $20 per teepee

    • Fujifilm Instax Mini Camera hire - $10 per night

    • Film packs - $19 for 10 shots

    • Snack boxes from $30

    • Personalised party favours - Eye Mask $8, Shirt $15, Water Bottle $20, Pillowcase $8, Matching PJs by request

  • Yes! The cover split is entirely your choice. We have 4 beige and 4 black A-frame covers, so every booking can be fully covered in your preferred combination.

    Just let us know your preference when you book.

Setup & Safety

  • We have two teepee styles available.

    Lace teepees are our beautiful five-sided style - elegant and dreamy, perfect for most setups. We can accommodate up to 6 guests with lace teepees.

    A-frame teepees are our classic triangular style, available in beige or black covers (or a mix of both). We can accommodate up to 7 guests with A-frame teepees.

    Not sure which style suits your space? Just ask - we're happy to help you choose.

  • We always do our best to accommodate your preference. Teepee availability is subject to existing bookings, so we recommend letting us know your preference at the time of enquiry and we'll confirm what's available for your date.

  • We service Gladstone and the surrounding Central Queensland region, including Tannum Sands, Boyne Island, Calliope, and Mount Larcom.

    Travel is included within 30km of Kirkwood QLD. Additional travel fees apply for locations beyond this.

  • Each individual teepee requires approximately:

    • 1 metre wide

    • 2 metres long

    Air bed mattresses measure approximately:

    • 185cm long x 76cm wide x 22cm high

    The Best Friend teepee requires:

    • At least 2 metres x 2 metres for the teepee structure

    • Additional space for the two air beds

    • Minimum ceiling height of 2 metres

    We recommend measuring your space before booking. All setups are indoors only, and furniture must be moved prior to our arrival.

    • Best Friend Package sleeps 2

    • Lace teepees - maximum 6 guests

    • A-frame teepees - maximum 7 guests

    These limits are based on comfort, safety and available inventory.

  • Our teepee parties are suitable for children aged 4 and over. They are not suitable for children under 4. A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.

Policies & Responsibility

  • To protect our equipment:

    • No food or drinks near the setup

    • No pets near the teepees

    • No smoking near the setup

    • No arts and crafts on or near the beds and teepees

    • No sharp objects near the setup

    • Pens, textas, slime, nail polish and scissors must be kept well away from bedding and decor

    Breaches may result in excess cleaning fees, loss of bond and item replacement costs.

  • The booking holder is responsible for all hired items for the full duration of the hire period. Any damage, loss, excessive cleaning or misuse may be deducted from the security bond or invoiced in line with the Hire Agreement.

  • All bookings must complete:

    • Hire Agreement

    • Photography and Media Consent Form

    Failure to complete required forms may result in cancellation in line with the Hire Agreement.

  • Teepee Corner reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking if safety concerns arise, terms are breached, or circumstances occur that may compromise people, equipment or compliance with the Hire Agreement.

Discount Codes & Special Offers

  • Enter your code in the discount code field on the booking form when submitting your request. The discount will be applied to your party total.

    • Codes are valid for styled setup packages only and cannot be used with the Best Friend Package

    • Codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount

    • One code per booking

    • Codes have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged

    • Codes must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be applied after a booking has been submitted or confirmed

    • Codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person they were issued to

    • Teepee Corner reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time

  • Yes. All codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired codes will not be honoured.

Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering a Teepee Corner giveaway on Facebook or Instagram, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All giveaway prizes are provided as complimentary bookings and are subject to Teepee Corner's Complimentary Booking Hire Agreement.

 

1. Eligibility

  • Open to Gladstone QLD region residents only (4680)

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta

Teepee Corner may request proof of eligibility.

2. How to Enter

  • Follow all instructions outlined in the official giveaway post

  • Entries must be received before the closing date and time stated in the post

  • One entry per person per platform unless otherwise stated

  • Where entries are accepted on multiple platforms, each valid entry will be counted separately

  • Entrants' social media accounts must be public at the time of winner selection

Incomplete, automated or manipulated entries will be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection & Claim

  • One winner will be selected at random

  • The winner will be announced via Teepee Corner's official social media pages

  • The winner must contact Teepee Corner via direct message within 48 hours of announcement

If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, Teepee Corner reserves the right to select a new winner. Teepee Corner's decision is final.

4. Prize Details

  • The prize is provided on a complimentary basis and has no cash value

  • The prize cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, converted to credit, or applied to an existing booking

  • The prize must be booked and redeemed within 6 months of the winner announcement date unless otherwise stated

  • Bookings are subject to availability

  • Blackout dates may apply including peak periods and public holidays

  • Guest numbers and package inclusions cannot exceed Teepee Corner's standard capacity and inventory limits

  • One complimentary booking per household

Failure to redeem within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

5. Inclusions & Upgrades

  • The prize includes only what is stated in the official giveaway post

  • Any upgrades, add-ons, additional guests, extended hire periods, or styling changes will incur standard charges

  • Travel fees apply for locations outside 30km of Kirkwood QLD 4680

6. Security Bond & Responsibility

  • A refundable security bond is required for all complimentary bookings

  • The bond amount will correspond with the package awarded

  • The winner is responsible for the care, supervision and safe use of all hired items during the hire period

  • Damage, loss, misuse, excessive cleaning, smoke exposure, pet-related odours or biofluids may result in bond forfeiture and/or additional charges

Bond refund timelines are outlined in the Complimentary Booking Hire Agreement.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Availability

  • Complimentary bookings are subject to availability at the time of redemption

  • One reschedule may be offered at Teepee Corner's discretion

  • If the winner cancels the booking, the prize is forfeited and cannot be reissued, transferred, or extended

  • Missed, expired or unused prizes will not be replaced

  • Standard weather, safety and operational policies apply

  • Teepee Corner reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel setups where required for safety, equipment protection, or compliance

8. Hire Agreement & Mandatory Documentation

  • The winner must sign Teepee Corner's Complimentary Booking Hire Agreement prior to the event

  • All required documentation including Photography and Media Consent must be completed before the party date

  • Failure to complete required documentation may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the prize

9. Fair Play & Disqualification

  • Entries from fake accounts, competition-only accounts, spam profiles, bots or duplicate accounts are not permitted

  • Multiple entries using different accounts by the same individual are prohibited

  • Teepee Corner reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions

  • Teepee Corner reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances

10. Liability & Privacy

  • By entering, you consent to Teepee Corner publishing your first name and/or image for winner announcement purposes

  • Teepee Corner is not responsible for third-party impersonation accounts or scam activity

  • Teepee Corner will never request banking details, credit card information, or payment from giveaway entrants

To the extent permitted by law, Teepee Corner excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion.

11. General

  • By entering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia

  • Teepee Corner's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
